1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Roamix services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Roamix provides digital eSIM products for mobile data connectivity while traveling internationally. Our eSIMs are delivered digitally via QR code to your email address after purchase.

3. Device Compatibility

Before purchasing, you must ensure your device supports eSIM technology and is carrier-unlocked. Roamix is not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices. Compatible devices include most recent iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and other eSIM-enabled smartphones.

4. Purchase and Payment

• All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Your eSIM will be delivered to your email immediately after successful payment
• You are responsible for providing a valid email address

5. eSIM Activation and Usage

• eSIMs must be activated within the validity period specified in your plan
• Data validity begins from the moment of first connection to the network
• Unused data does not roll over and expires at the end of the validity period
• eSIMs are for personal use only and may not be resold

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• Refunds are available for unused eSIMs within 14 days of purchase
• Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, it cannot be refunded
• If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

7. Service Limitations

Roamix provides data-only eSIM services. Our eSIMs do not support:

• Voice calls or SMS (use VoIP apps like WhatsApp for calls)
• Phone number assignment
• Tethering/hotspot (may be restricted on some plans)

8. Network Coverage

Coverage and network speeds depend on local carrier infrastructure and may vary by location. We partner with reputable local carriers but cannot guarantee coverage in all areas. Network speeds are subject to carrier policies and local conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Roamix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific eSIM product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
