1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The eSIM has not been installed or activated.
- There is a technical issue with the eSIM that our support team cannot resolve.
- The request is made within 30 days of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are generally not available for:
- eSIMs that have been successfully installed and used.
- Issues arising from incompatible devices (please check compatibility before purchasing).
- Change of mind after installation.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@roamix.eu with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days.
